UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24. Orders are normally dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next applicable dispatch day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Tracking is provided where available.
Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive shipments are sent using Where applicable, orders may be dispatched using insulated packaging and cooling materials. Packaging does not guarantee a specific temperature throughout transit.
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom and Ireland. We do not accept orders for other destinations. Delivery times vary by location. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations — import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery remains subject to the customer providing a complete and accurate address. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights.
